Rising Tide started in 2023 with the commitment to technology built around the understanding that mathematics, logic, and insight are the foundational best practices for any business solution. The great majority of problems are not as unique as we suppose. At the core of every issue is a misapplication of data, a biased assumption, or a technology that is insufficient or outdated. It’s true that technology alone can’t solve the inefficiencies in the marketplace that drag down profitability and success, but today we are at a time in history when the opportunity exists to make systems and solutions that were a dream even just a couple years ago.
For decades, technology was built for front office workers and with mechanistic functionalities that didn’t focus on user experience. Siloes existed everywhere. Spreadsheets ruled everything. In some areas, professional tech has made great strides. In others not so much. Real solutions that were intuitive, impactful for small businesses, and enjoyable were a pipe dream.
